Pastor Terry
Ardizzone, Lead Pastor
Pastor Terry has been
on staff with CrossRoads since the church began in 1995. In the early days he was the youth guy but in the summer of 1999,
he stepped up to the plate as the Lead Pastor.
Terry’s passion is to reach out to people who are far
from God and then help them grow into all that God created them to be. His passion is reflected in the many ways CrossRoads
goes against the grain of traditional church mindsets to meet people where they are and introduce them to God’s design
for their lives.
Terry holds degrees from the University of Louisiana, Monroe (NLU back then) and Mid-America

Sharon Ardizzone,
Worship Arts Team Leader
Sharon has been leading
worship at CrossRoads since the beginning. Her ministry at CrossRoads has grown to include all of our worship
arts and women's ministries. She is married to Pastor Terry and together they have 2 sons. For more information visit

Dohrman, Children's Ministry Team Leader
Jill's passion for
children is only second to her passion she has for Christ. She has spent a lot of time within CrossRoads "KidStuf"

Foshee, Student Ministry Team Leader
Eric is passionate
about the students of Moss Bluff and beyond. His desire is to show the love of Christ to all students & works at building
