Pastor Terry
Pastor Terry has been on staff with CrossRoads since the church
began in 1995. In the early days he was the youth guy but in the summer of 1999, he stepped up to the plate as the Senior
Pastor.
Terry’s passion is to reach out to people who are far from God and then help them grow into all
that God created them to be. His passion is reflected in the many ways CrossRoads goes against the grain of traditional church
mindsets to meet people where they are and introduce them to God’s design for their lives.
Terry holds degrees
from the University of Louisiana, Monroe (NLU back then) and Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City, OK.

Sharon has been leading worship at CrossRoads since the beginning.
As an excellent keyboardist, she truly has a heart of worship. She is married to Pastor Terry and together they have 2 sons.
"It is the most awesome privilege to be a worshiper
and a lover of God. I constantly stand amazed by this beautiful gift of grace that God gives all of our lives. God has simply
changed my life forever. That unbelievable grace and love of God has impassioned my heart to learn to be an all out
worshiper of our great God and to help lead others in that quest also. Worship is an amazing thing that connects our
hearts here on earth intimately with the heart of God Himself. I truly am humbled that in God's plan, He would
allow me to be a lead worshiper here at CrossRoads Church with one of the most awesome worship teams ever."
